Opis stanowiska

Obecnie dla naszego klienta z branży farmaceutycznej poszukujemy kandydata/kandydatki na stanowisko Distribution Operations Support (PLD) (k/m). Rola koncentruje się na operacyjnym wsparciu procesów dystrybucji, magazynowania, pick-pack oraz cold chain, w ścisłej współpracy z SME ds. dystrybucji. Model pracy: zdalnie. Start: ASAP. Środowisko regulowane (GxP), praca w kontekście międzynarodowym – wymagana komunikacja w języku angielskim.

Obowiązki

Technical support for the Distribution SME in defining the clinical trial supply strategy (set-up)
Support Clinical Interface, Third-Party and Clinical Operations during the trial (issue management, troubleshooting)
Ensuring compliance of all stages of the supply chain with regulations (GMP, GDP and other guidelines)
Preparation and verification of process documentation (validation protocols, gap assessment, etc.)
Evaluation and management of external supplier performance (KPI) and participation in audits and capability assessments
Identification, implementation and continuous improvement of processes
participation in cross-functional projects improving supply chain efficiency
Cooperation with Quality Assurance, Clinical Interface, Supply Chain, Third-Party and ClinOps

Wymagania

Minimum 3 years of experience in an operational role in distribution (preferred regulated environment)
Understanding of clinical trial material distribution processes
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards: GMP, GDP, GCP and deviation and risk management
Strong analytical skills - complex data analysis (root cause analysis) and implementation of effective solutions
Effective communication in speech and writing (in English), conveying technical content to different audiences
Good collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, building a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
Knowledge of logistics issues: transport documentation, Importer of Record process, customs and brokerage processes
Knowledge of inventory management in clinical trials (e.g. reconciliation process) and experience with cold chain
