Opis stanowiska:

Two-year contract position for Delivery Manager at IKEA Industry, coordinating order fulfillment and streamlining logistics processes in HDF materials production

Obowiązki:

Managing order fulfillment according to budget and forecasts
Coordinating sales and logistics plans for HDF materials, back panels and boards
Fulfilling production orders according to schedule and customer requirements
Optimizing delivery processes, both rail and road
Building and maintaining customer relationships through meetings and strategy planning
Implementing new products and withdrawing them from the offer
Monitoring and reporting team results
Negotiating contracts and establishing cooperation terms
Managing inventory levels and taking appropriate actions
Ability to work in M3 system
Developing and motivating the team, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement according to IKEA values

Wymagania:

Knowledge of the HDF industry and logistics processes
Excellent communication and team management skills
Negotiation and crisis management skills
Communicative knowledge of English
Willingness for personal development and focus on customer relationships
