We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, and results-driven Communications Manager with a proven track record in B2B communications, ideally within the data analytics or technology sectors. This newly created role is critical for ensuring consistent, engaging, and impactful messaging across all internal and external communications channels. The successful candidate will lead, design and execute an integrated internal and external communication strategy that amplifies our brand positioning and marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the Global Senior Marketing and Communications Director, this role will collaborate closely with marketing and branding teams, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic communication that supports business growth, enhances employees’ engagement and strengthens Lingaro’s brand presence globally.
Obowiązki:
Collaborate with marketing and branding teams, senior leadership and cross-functional teams to amplify strategic initiatives internally and externally
Develop and implement integrated external communication strategies and plan that enhance Lingaro’s brand visibility and reputation across key markets
Manage media relations, press releases, and thought leadership initiatives to position Lingaro as an industry leader
Design and implement an integrated internal communication plan to foster employee engagement and alignment with company goals
Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of communication activities
Manage corporate messaging across internal channels such as newsletters, intranet, social media, and town halls
Ensure communication best practices are defined and followed to maintain clarity, consistency, and inclusivity
Monitor communication effectiveness and audience engagement and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Wymagania:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
8+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or related field, ideally in the data analytics or tech industries
Experience working in international environments
Familiarity with digital communication tools and social media platforms
Exceptional communication, writing, storytelling and presentation skills
Excellent project management and collaboration skills
Flexible, resilient, and able to juggle multiple priorities and deal with high-pressure situations
Demonstrated people management skills and experience leading teams
Passion for technology and drive to leveraging AI tools
Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Polish
