Opis stanowiska:

CFO Assistant position at Biedronka, providing executive support to the CFO and working closely with the finance department and other company departments.

Obowiązki:

Provide executive support to CFO, particularly in administrative tasks and organization of business travel
Manage of CFO calendar in terms of planning and organizing business meeting
Taking part in meeting and elaborating minutes of meetings
Creation of purchase orders in SAP system
Prepare presentations and analysis for the needs of CFO and Financial Department
Collecting data from internal/external databases and preparing reports/information based on data collected
Close cooperation with finance department in the preparation of the necessary documents, reports etc.
Cooperation with other departments in the company as well with Board members

Wymagania:

MA or BA degree, preferable in finance and accounting, economics or similar
Experience of minimum 1 year as an Executive Assistant or a similar role
Good command of English (B2 level minimum) and proficiency in Polish
Proficiency in MS Office (practical knowledge of MS Excel is a must)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong goal orientation
Ability to multitasking and ready to work in a dynamic environment

Mile widziane:

Knowledge of Portuguese will be an asset
Experience with the SAP system
