Opis stanowiska

Poszukujemy doświadczonego i wysoko wykwalifikowanego Business Process Consultant, specjalizującego się w systemach zarządzania magazynem (WMS), który dołączy do naszego dynamicznego zespołu. Na tym stanowisku będziesz odpowiedzialny za wsparcie projektów realizowanych dla naszych klientów – zarówno w zakresie nowych wdrożeń, aktualizacji, jak i rozszerzeń funkcjonalnych systemu ERP BPSC. Będziesz współpracować z innymi konsultantami oraz zespołami projektowymi, pracując zgodnie z modelem projektowym i metodologią Forterro Polska, w której szczególny nacisk kładziemy na partnerską współpracę. Jako zaufany doradca biznesowy będziesz wspierać klientów w analizie potrzeb, proponowaniu optymalnych rozwiązań oraz definiowaniu niezbędnych dostosowań systemu. Do Twoich zadań będzie należeć również testowanie wdrażanych funkcji, prowadzenie szkoleń użytkowników oraz bieżące wsparcie w efektywnym wykorzystaniu systemu ERP BPSC. Twoim głównym celem będzie pomoc klientom w dopasowaniu systemu do ich procesów, tak aby zwiększyć efektywność operacyjną i usprawnić codzienną pracę ich zespołów.

Obowiązki

  • Pełnienie roli eksperta w obszarze funkcjonalnym związanym z obsługą magazynów, w szczególności magazynów wysokiego składowania
  • Analiza procesów biznesowych po stronie klienta oraz doradztwo w ich optymalizacji
  • konfigurowanie systemu BPSC zgodnie z wymaganiami i specyfiką procesów w danym obszarze funkcjonalnym
  • Identyfikacja oraz aktywne promowanie najlepszych praktyk branżowych w zakresie zarządzania magazynem
  • Projektowanie zintegrowanych procesów biznesowych i rozwiązań w systemie ERP, możliwie najbardziej zgodnych ze standardem produktu BPSC, a w razie potrzeby tworzenie dedykowanych rozszerzeń funkcjonalnych
  • Opracowywanie oraz wdrażanie konfiguracji systemu i drobnych modyfikacji w trakcie realizacji projektów BPSC
  • Zapewnienie spójności, jakości i integralności przygotowywanych dostosowań
  • Przygotowanie klienta do uruchomienia nowych procesów i funkcjonalności oraz wsparcie podczas startu produkcyjnego
  • Bliska współpraca z zespołem projektowym oraz regularne raportowanie postępów do Kierownika Projektu

Wymagania

  • Preferowane wykształcenie wyższe (licencjat/inżynier) w obszarze systemów informatycznych, logistyki lub doświadczenie zawodowe równoważne tym kierunkom
  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia jako konsultant ds. rozwiązań biznesowych lub co najmniej 5 lat pracy jako użytkownik systemów ERP w środowisku magazynowym
  • Dobra znajomość procesów magazynowych oraz stosowanych w branży metod i praktyk
  • Znajomość relacyjnych baz danych oraz podstaw języka SQL
  • Gotowość do podróży służbowych oraz posiadanie prawa jazdy kategorii B
  • Rozwinięte kompetencje komunikacyjne, silna orientacja na klienta oraz uporządkowany, analityczny i nastawiony na rozwiązania sposób pracy
