The Account Manager plays a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful planning and execution of campaigns. This position requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills to drive client success and business growth.
Obowiązki:
Help clients allocate digital media budgets and develop digital media plans across multiple online channels, including media, email, website, mobile, and social media
Evaluate and analyze program results, presenting recommendations for strategic adjustments
Leverage metrics and research to define and track performance against client objectives, adjusting strategies as new data emerges
Maintain a deep understanding of client financials, strategic goals, product roadmaps, and competitive dynamics
Identify new online marketing opportunities and collaborate with internal and client teams to test and implement new tactics
Oversee day-to-day management of client engagements, including status reports, monthly meetings, and ongoing account support
Assist with campaign analysis, optimization, and strategic recommendations
Document client requirements, participate in meetings and presentations, and provide best practice recommendations
Wymagania:
2 – 3 years of experience in cross-channel media
Demonstrated understanding of online marketing strategies and tactics
Working knowledge of project management and CRM systems is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and agency partners
Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and perform under pressure
Results-oriented mindset with independent decision-making ability
Strong strategic thinking skills to make data-driven recommendations
Proven ability to analyze data and derive insights for actionable recommendations
Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and cross-functional leadership experience in a client-facing role
