Job Responsibility:
Support the Brand Lead in planning and delivering end‑to‑end marketing initiatives that drive sustainable brand growth
Lead the execution of product innovation and improvement projects, from idea to market launch
Develop engaging communication campaigns that are rooted in consumer insight and resonate with parents and caregivers
Analyse market data, consumer trends, and campaign performance to continuously improve brand performance
Work closely with colleagues across different teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
Manage multiple initiatives at once while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality
Requirements:
Have experience delivering marketing, innovation, or communication projects
Enjoy thinking creatively and exploring new ideas
Are curious and analytical, with the ability to turn insights into clear actions
Take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments
Are comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
Communicate clearly and enjoy working with others
Degree level in Marketing or business-related studies is preferred
1-3 years' experience in brand development in FMCG/Digital/Ecommerce business
Fluent in spoken and written English
Strong ownership mindset and accountability for results
Curiosity and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate insights into action
Confidence working across teams and managing different stakeholders
Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities
