Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Brand Lead in planning and delivering end‑to‑end marketing initiatives that drive sustainable brand growth
  • Lead the execution of product innovation and improvement projects, from idea to market launch
  • Develop engaging communication campaigns that are rooted in consumer insight and resonate with parents and caregivers
  • Analyse market data, consumer trends, and campaign performance to continuously improve brand performance
  • Work closely with colleagues across different teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
  • Manage multiple initiatives at once while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality

Requirements:

  • Have experience delivering marketing, innovation, or communication projects
  • Enjoy thinking creatively and exploring new ideas
  • Are curious and analytical, with the ability to turn insights into clear actions
  • Take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments
  • Are comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Communicate clearly and enjoy working with others
  • Degree level in Marketing or business-related studies is preferred
  • 1-3 years' experience in brand development in FMCG/Digital/Ecommerce business
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Strong ownership mindset and accountability for results
  • Curiosity and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Confidence working across teams and managing different stakeholders
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities
