Job Description:

We have partnered with an Enterprise SaaS business requiring ongoing Zuora implementations, and we are seeking experienced Zuora talent for a fully remote 6-month contract. This role will focus on Zuora Billing and CPQ delivery, integrations, and ongoing enhancements within a complex subscription environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support end-to-end Zuora Billing and CPQ implementations
  • Configure product catalog, pricing models, and subscription workflows
  • Integrate Zuora with external systems using REST APIs
  • Troubleshoot billing discrepancies and revenue scenarios
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Support testing, QA, and post-go-live activities

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Zuora Billing & CPQ
  • Experience with Zuora integrations (REST APIs, middleware, ERP/CRM)
  • Knowledge of subscription lifecycle and Quote-to-Cash processes
  • Ability to translate business requirements into Zuora configurations
  • Salesforce CPQ/Billing exposure is highly beneficial
  • Experience in financial services, SaaS, or healthcare is a plus
