Job Description:

We are looking for a Zuora Associate Consultant with around 2 years of experience in Zuora implementation, configuration, and support. The role involves assisting in deploying and maintaining Zuora billing solutions, supporting integrations with CRM/ERP systems, and ensuring smooth subscription billing operations. The candidate should have hands-on exposure to Zuora features, billing workflows, and troubleshooting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of Zuora billing modules, subscription models, and pricing plans
  • Support integrations between Zuora and external systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and payment gateways
  • Participate in requirement gathering with business and technical teams to deliver billing solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues in Zuora, ensuring accurate billing cycles and invoice generation
  • Support automation of recurring billing processes using Zuora workflows
  • Generate and maintain standard reports related to subscriptions, billing schedules, and revenue recognition
  • Stay updated with Zuora product updates and best practices

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Zuora platform (2+ years)
  • Understanding of subscription billing workflows, amendments, renewals, and invoice cycles
  • Exposure to Zuora product catalog setup, rate plans, and billing rules
  • Basic knowledge of Zuora integrations with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite preferred)
  • Familiarity with APIs, data migration, and basic troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
  • Zuora Certification (Zuora Billing Certified Administrator or Zuora Revenue Certified) is an advantage
  • Exposure to SaaS or subscription-based business models
