Legal work authorization in United States
Group Certification and Properly Certified for any Specialty classes such as Aerial, Yoga, Reiki, Sound Zumba, Pilates, Barr, HIIT, etc
Current CPR/AED certification
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 75lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
Prior experience in the fitness industry at a similar club or resort or retreat settings

Job Responsibility

Deliver high-quality private and group fitness instruction that consistently meets or exceeds guest expectations, with a strong focus on safety and proper technique
Provide exceptional hospitality in all guest interactions, accommodating special requests when possible and resolving concerns promptly and professionally
Offer knowledgeable guidance on resort services while maintaining a polished, service-driven presence
Design and deliver engaging training programs aligned with guest health and wellness goals
Conduct scheduled group classes and private training sessions to meet guest demand and support revenue goals
Actively promote personal training and fitness offerings through ongoing guest engagement
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and high-quality fitness facility by cleaning equipment and ensuring the space is well maintained after use
