Qualified candidates should have 2 to 4 years of land use experience. An active bar license in Pennsylvania is required. The ideal candidate will have distinguished academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and relevant zoning and land use experience in Philadelphia and the surrounding Pennsylvania counties.
