Zoning Analyst

• Conduct detailed research to ensure compliance with zoning regulations and applicable codes
• Gather, organize, and maintain accurate documentation and project data
• Assist in the preparation of reports by applying relevant regulations and standards
• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates to Client Managers
• Maintain and update project databases to ensure information is current and accessible
• Perform administrative duties, such as organizing files, scanning documents, and managing shipping tasks
• Support the team in meeting project deadlines and deliverables
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of experience in a role involving critical thinking and decision-making
• Familiarity with compliance, real estate, or administrative support
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage timelines and multitask in a dynamic work environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
