Job Description

Cranswick Poultry is a specialty producer of delicious, cooked poultry ingredients and is a leading innovator in the industry. We create exciting, original products that meet the needs of today's busy consumers. Working closely with customers, our bespoke chicken products offer creative and flavorsome lunchtime solutions. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role will support the Operations Analyst in providing essential information to our operations, finance, technical, and planning teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Master and utilize the Redzone and CMEX systems to provide critical data and insights
  • Work closely with shop floor operatives, helping them understand and get the best out of these systems
  • Ensure correct scanning and management of stock, providing real-time snapshots of stock locations and inventory levels
  • Monitor factory performance and compare it against targets, providing feedback and insights to the team
  • Conduct gap analysis in current reporting and data collection, and proactively recommend improvements
  • Document and report operational issues, serving as the first point of contact for problem management, collaborating with the development team to implement solutions
  • Generate Shift reports
  • Monitor line performance and give away

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI
