We are building a next-generation, tech-enabled investment platform designed to make high quality alternate investment products accessible and transparent. We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Zonal Head – West to lead our Channel Partners & Retail Sales vertical in the western region. The ideal candidate will be a B2B sales leader with a strong track record in financial product distribution, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to scale business through strategic partnerships. This is a critical leadership role responsible for expanding our partner network and ensuring robust revenue growth through investment product distribution.
Job Responsibility:
Drive acquisition of new B2B partners across IFA channels, national distributors, stockbrokers, and wealth firms
Deepen relationships with existing partners to enhance engagement and increase wallet share
Manage and scale a large client portfolio, focusing on Fixed Income and alternate investment products
Generate investment inflows from assigned partner channels
Conduct regular product training sessions for partners and clients on investment products such as Bonds and similar instruments
Manage overall sales and revenue targets in the Western zone
Lead, coach, and manage a team of 7–10 high-performing Relationship Managers
Execute strategic initiatives, including business engagement activities with channel partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze process gaps and lead optimization projects
Own the regional P&L, drive operational efficiency, and deliver business growth
Requirements:
Educational Background: CA (Preferred) / MBA (Finance) / CFA / Postgraduate from a reputed institute
Professional Experience: 7–10 years of experience in B2B financial sales or strategic partnerships
Proven track record in business development and channel partner acquisition
Experience in managing a team of 7–10 sales professionals
Strong understanding of financial products, especially fixed income, bonds, or investment alternatives
Exposure to fintech ecosystems or partnerships is a plus
Skills & Attributes: Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong stakeholder and relationship management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Self-driven with an ownership mindset and a passion for business growth
Nice to have:
Exposure to fintech ecosystems or partnerships is a plus
