Job Description:

Manager role for Zerto sales in Southeast region, responsible for leading sales teams, driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, and overseeing sales operations for backup recovery and disaster recovery solutions

Job Responsibility:

Leads the sales community to success
Communicates direction to the team in line with company vision and strategy
Manages HPE sales motion towards growth and increased profitability
Creates high performing team through recruiting, developing, and retaining talent
Orchestrates major Enterprise-level customer engagements
Manages escalations to solution and solution to opportunity
Drives hunting mentality
Engages customer executives to understand business context and build trust
Provides timely and accurate sales forecasts

Requirements:

University or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Typically 10+ years' experience in backup recovery/disaster recovery solution sales required, including success in achieving progressively higher quota and other sales goals
5+ years' experience managing high performing sales teams preferred
Strategic leadership skills
Customer relationship building
Business and financial acumen
Sales methodology expertise
IT industry knowledge
Vertical/industry knowledge preferred

Complex multi-BU business deal experience
Country management experience
