Job Description

The job holder will be accountable for Simulation aspects in the ZEROe projects. This consists of simulating the performance of the different systems to evaluate the different design proposals and also work on the preparation for testing. The job requires interactions with a large community of stakeholders: engineering community, subcontractors, external industrial and academic partners.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop CFD models and run simulations to evaluate the performance of systems using Star-CCM+
  • Perform Multiphysics Simulation with Dymola
  • Support the design and integration of mentioned systems from architecture to design phase up to manufacturing and testing

Requirements

  • Master's degree / Diploma in Engineering or similar qualifications
  • Experience working in some of the following tools: Simulation of thermal management systems using Star-CCM+ and CATIA V5
  • Experience in Multiphysics Simulation with Dymola/Modelica, Matlab Simulink, Amesim
  • Experience in CFD modeling and simulation correlation with test/flight test data results is a plus
  • Experience in CFD modeling with solid and fluid is plus
  • Experience in Python, Java and Git is desirable
  • Experience in air/liquid thermal equipment in Automotive or other industries is a plus
  • Design knowledge in structure and system integration (electrical and mechanical) is a plus
  • Highly curious and proactive person with a great sense of initiative, autonomy, flexibility, integrity, able to manage confidential topics
  • Strong team spirit in an international environment, easy contact, good networking, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Negotiation level of English and Spanish
