Job Description:

The Driver will work with the Lotus team; collecting and delivering customer and company vehicles on behalf of the dealership as instructed, and ensuring the showroom is displayed per Brand Standard at all times. Maintaining the highest standards of driving is a given, but the right candidate will also be able to establish a good image and relationship with people who we deliver to or collect from, including other branches of the H.R. Owen Group, and will act as an ambassador for the dealership.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collect and deliver customer and company vehicles on behalf of the dealership as instructed
  • Ensure the showroom is displayed per Brand Standard at all times
  • Establish a good image and relationship with people who we deliver to or collect from, including other branches of the H.R. Owen Group
  • Act as an ambassador for the dealership

Requirements:

  • Previous experience driving luxury vehicles in a professional capacity
  • Ability to maintain the highest standards of driving and ensure a full clean driving license is maintained
  • Ability to take ownership of role, with strong commitment and willingness to assist the service team
  • Ability to deliver the highest levels of customer service
  • Passion for the luxury industry, ability to recognise excellence and basic knowledge of the brands H.R. Owen work with
  • Knowledge of and adherence to systems including legal responsibilities under the Road Traffic Act, and Vehicle Taxation Validity
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate regularly with a wide range of people at all levels across the company
