Job Responsibility

Support the Business and Operations Development team by taking charge of essential operational and administrative functions, notably including: managing and improving the outbound processes, supporting in building SOP for merchant care and merchant success management teams, and merchant performance analysis
Act as the primary point of contact for our merchant success managers, handling diverse operational inquiries, supporting the commercial team with product selling by providing crucial information and analyses, managing first mile scheduling and planning and maintaining the integrity of existing dashboards with high-quality standards
