Act as the primary point of contact for our merchant success managers, handling diverse operational inquiries, supporting the commercial team with product selling by providing crucial information and analyses, managing first mile scheduling and planning and maintaining the integrity of existing dashboards with high-quality standards
Proactively seek out innovative solutions to enhance and optimise processes, contributing to greater efficiency and effectiveness
