Job Description:

Within the Zalando Shipping Solutions team, you will specialise in Logistics Operations of the end-to-end customer delivery process, supporting the build-out and scaling of different logistics processes. Your responsibilities encompass the entire order journey, from order creation to ensuring timely deliveries and comprehensive product information for issue resolution of merchants. Daily interactions will involve engaging with a range of external and internal stakeholders, including Fashion and Logistics partners, 3PL, accounting, transportation, and warehouse operations teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a broad expertise in process excellence within the dynamic e-commerce industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Business and Operations Development team by taking charge of essential operational and administrative functions, notably including: managing and improving the outbound processes, supporting in building SOP for merchant care and merchant success management teams, and merchant performance analysis
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our merchant success managers, handling diverse operational inquiries, supporting the commercial team with product selling by providing crucial information and analyses, managing first mile scheduling and planning and maintaining the integrity of existing dashboards with high-quality standards
  • Proactively seek out innovative solutions to enhance and optimise processes, contributing to greater efficiency and effectiveness
