This is an opportunity to help evolve and scale established YouTube channels for one of the most influential technology brands in the world. You’ll be editing content for high-visibility channels with built-in audiences, helping raise creative quality, improve retention, and bring powerful technology stories to life in a way that feels human, inspiring, and culturally relevant.
Job Responsibility:
Edit high-performing longform, YouTube-first content across established channels
Shape stories with strong pacing, hooks, and creative polish optimized for retention and watch time
Collaborate with internal marketing teams, producers, strategists, and creatives on various types of longform formats
Maintain organized, scalable workflows to ensure fast, reliable delivery at volume
Continuously refine creative based on performance data and audience insights
Requirements:
3–5 years of professional editing experience (YouTube experience strongly preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Frame.io (After Effects is a plus)
Deep understanding of YouTube pacing, retention strategy, and storytelling conventions
Experience editing across multiple content types (educational, brand, campaign, product)
Strong attention to detail and comfort working in fast-moving production cycles
