Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Youth Worker to join our team in enhancing our youth provision within Wrens Nest, Dudley by creating safe and engaging spaces for young people to thrive. You will be responsible for delivering a timetable of after-school sessions aimed at providing both group work and 1-to-1 mentoring. Our projects cater to a wide range of ages and abilities, with all activities co-produced with the young people themselves to ensure they are both fun and meaningful. These sessions will not only be a source of enjoyment but also a space for targeted interventions to support young people in reaching their full potential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering a timetable of after-school sessions
  • Providing both group work and 1-to-1 mentoring

Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel to Wrens Nest, Dudley outreach locations for project delivery
  • Must be available 4pm-7pm due to varied session times and available Saturday daytimes
  • Must complete an enhanced DBS check before starting the role
