Job Description:

Joining us as a Youth Worker you will guide and support young people in their personal, social and educational development to help them reach their full potential on our Springboard provision. We are looking for you to organise educational programs and youth recreational activities such as sports, arts and drama whilst assessing their health, social and emotional requirements. Working with young people 16+ by planning and managing community events and running social events, helping the youth understand values and ideas and building their confidence and life skills ensuring they transition well into adulthood. As a highly engaged and motivated Youth Worker, you will have a genuine desire to improve the life chances of our learners. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Previous relevant experience
