Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate youth work professional to lead and shape high-quality youth work across Shropshire. As a Youth Work Area Lead, you will manage a team delivering youth work practice, working directly with vulnerable young people and coordinating provision across communities and schools. You'll play a key role in building strong partnerships, ensuring a joined-up local offer, and championing young people's voices. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead practice that supports young people at risk, drives early intervention, and makes a real difference to their lives. We are looking for someone who can lead with confidence, work collaboratively across systems, and is committed to high-quality youth work practice. The post will cover South Shropshire and South Shrewsbury areas.
