APM continues its impactful work through the Transition to Work contract, and we’re now seeking a passionate individual who want to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people. As a Youth Support Worker at our Hornsby office, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding participants toward sustainable education and employment outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver high-quality case management with a focus on individual goals and barriers to employment
  • Build strong relationships with participants, employers, and community stakeholders
  • Market clients effectively to match them with suitable employment opportunities
  • Drive performance through KPI achievement, ensuring targets are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with your team to share insights, celebrate wins, and support each other to achieve great outcomes and drive performance

Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle is essential
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday (8:30am–5:00pm)
