Youth Support Worker - Secure Centre Location: Newton Aycliffe Salary: £30,024 - £33,669 plus allowances, enhanced hours, and sleep-in payments (total package: £37,449 - £41,858) Are you passionate about making a difference in young lives? You'll act as a keyworker, offering consistency, support, and advocacy while promoting safety and personal growth.
