Requirements

Experience working with rangatahi, whānau, Māori, Pacific, or diverse communities
Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive practice
Knowledge and application experience of Te Ao Māori, tikanga Māori, Pacific worldviews, and culturally grounded approaches to supporting rangatahi
Ability to build positive, respectful, and trusting relationships with young people
Strong communication, patience, and resilience
Understanding of strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches
Ability to work well within a team and maintain clear documentation and communication
Full New Zealand Driver License
First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one at our cost)
