Job Description:

Youth Support Worker responsible for developing, assisting and supporting clients in various locations. Works within Allambi Care's strength-based, non-punitive, therapeutic model to provide safety and meet growth needs for clients with complex medical and behavioural needs.

Job Responsibility:

Developing, assisting and supporting clients daily
Providing safety to clients while identifying and meeting growth needs
Working within a therapeutic model of care
Forming genuine bonds with young people in care

Requirements:

Ability to work overnights, weekends, and holiday periods
Must provide 24-hour round-the-clock care
Willingness to work in various locations (houses, schools, hospitals, community centres, emergency accommodation)
Ability to work with clients of all age groups with complex medical and behavioural needs
Commitment to a strength-based, non-punitive, therapeutic model of care
