Youth Support Worker

We’re looking for caring and motivated role models to support tamariki and rangatahi in our residential and community services. As a Youth Support Worker, you’ll walk alongside young people who may have faced significant challenges, helping them build resilience, confidence, and self-belief. You’ll be a mentor and guide — encouraging growth, fostering positive connections, and opening doors to meaningful opportunities in their community.
