Many young people today feel forgotten by the traditional education system. As a Youth Engagement Mentor, you aren't just a tutor; you are a lifeline. You will work one-on-one with students who are persistently absent or excluded from school, including those with SEND, SEMH challenges, or complex barriers to learning. Your mission is to build a re-engagement bridge, guiding students from total isolation back into a stable learning environment, college, or vocational pathway. The Role: Impact Beyond the Classroom. Your daily to-do list is rarely linear. You will focus on three pillars: Stability, Skill-building, and Advocacy.
