• Helping these young people rebuild their self-esteem and learn to trust adults again
• Working closely with local authorities to feedback on their milestones

• An experienced educator or tutor well-versed in SEMH, EBD, and trauma-informed care.
• Someone with a calm, resilient presence and strong behaviour management skills (Team Teach is a plus).
• Professionals from alternative provision, youth justice, or residential care backgrounds who refuse to give up on a child after a difficult day.
