Affinity Partnerships are working with an outstanding special school which aims to provide innovative education and a challenging environment for pupils aged 2 to 19. The school specialises in educating pupils with a wide range of Social, Emotional and mental health needs. As a Youth Mental health Support Worker, you will be involved in not only supporting pupils within the classroom but will also be comfortable with running activities with the pupil/s outside the classroom as well. Alongside the class teacher, you will also provide support with ensuring the right support is in place for the students.

Requirements
enthusiastic about supporting the mental health and well-being of children and young people
experience supporting pupils in school or an alternative setting is a great opportunity, but we will also be considering people without this experience
