Youth Madrichim

Edgware Synagogue, with 1,800 members and 600 children, is one of the largest congregations in the UK and a flagship of the United Synagogue. We cater to a very varied membership, and your job will be to get more of our youth involved. We are seeking to recruit a new Youth Madrichm in this role in order work alongside the Youth Directors and enhance the informal Jewish education of the Youth and encourage a significant increase in the participation in Youth events. There will be a particular focus on helping to bring in and integrate the younger youth, from the children’s service into the youth service. The Youth Madrichm will work closely with a dedicated team in the Synagogue, including the Youth Directors and the Community Development Manager.
