Youth Justice Support Worker

• Working directly with young people as part of an existing Youth Justice team
• Provide Restorative Justice and one to one Behavioural change programmes to assist young people to address offending behaviour
• Support young people to make amends to address their behaviour by making amends to the person they have harmed

• Experience of working with young people who offend
• Knowledge of psychosocial and psychological interventions
• Knowledge of Restorative Justice
• Experience of delivering group work programmes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
• A commitment to Sacro’s value base is essential
• A valid driving licence is essential
• Membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) will be a requirement
