Job Description:

Working alongside the Youth Engagement Coordinator you will contribute to various projects aligned with the youth engagement strategy for 2024-2026. This position plays an essential part in executing key projects that support yourtown’s goals and objectives in youth engagement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Project Collaboration and Execution - Assisting the youth engagement coordinator in planning and managing exciting projects
  • Youth Support and Communication - Engaging with other young people through direct communication, including responding to inquiries and supporting their involvement in ongoing projects
  • Administrative and Project Management Support - Assist with scheduling, progress tracking, and coordinating resources for youth engagement projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of practical or job-related experience in a similar field to meet role requirements
  • High school certificate or school certificate plus formal vocational or craft skills
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
