Job Responsibility

Build a re-engagement bridge, guiding students from total isolation back into a stable learning environment, college, or vocational pathway
Meet the young person where they are to build trust
Deliver 1:1 sessions focused on confidence, emotional regulation, and self-esteem
Provide a calm, trauma-informed presence during moments of crisis
Deliver low-pressure, interest-based activities to reignite the habit of learning
Physically accompany students to interviews or placements to reduce anxiety
Teach vital life skills like budgeting and navigating public transport
Act as the voice of the child in multi-agency meetings with Social Care and CAMHS
Support parents in creating a home environment that encourages attendance and growth
