Job Description

Join the Careers & Enterprise’s Youth Advisory Group – 2026 Cohort. CEC is looking for a diverse group of young people who are open to sharing their experiences, addressing what works (and what doesn’t), and helping improve careers education for other young people across England. As a YAG member, you’ll work alongside CEC to make sure young people’s voices are part of decisions that shape the careers education system.

Job Responsibility

  • Embed youth voice at every level of our organisation and work
  • Make our work more effective and impactful for all young people
  • Bring more young voices into the wider careers education system

  • Serve as primary contact and liaison with outside groups/retreat participants, before, during, and after their time at camp
  • and serve as a visible supervisor while groups are present at camp
  • Coordinate outside group/retreat group needs with the Food Service, Maintenance departments and retreat program staff
  • Provide some on-site supervision and assist with program coordination for Summer Resident Camp
