At least 2 -3 years of similar experience with strong background in application design, development & architecture in Oracle UIM
Experience in delivering complex solutions in OSS area in a matrix environment
Good understanding of integration/API technologies and web service standards. (i.e., WSDL, REST, SOAP)

Job Responsibility

Develop and maintain the overall system architecture, prepare the Low-Level design for his domain
Collaborate closely with other technical teams, (Vodafone, SIs) to deliver solutions on time/budget/scope/quality
