Bridge2Future Care Group are on the lookout for a talented, driven and passionate individual to lead the service as LD Registered Home Manager for a new specialist Children's Residential Home based in the Derby area.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the service as LD Registered Home Manager for a new specialist Children's Residential Home

Requirements:

  • A strong working knowledge of LD and behaviour that challenges or in supporting young people living with learning disabilities or neurodiversity
  • A minimum of 2 years experience of working within a Children's Residential Home within the last 5 years
  • At least 1 years experience within a Supervisory or Leadership role within a Children's Home setting
  • A minimum Level 3 Residential Child Care Diploma, with a willingness to work towards obtaining a Level 5 Diploma if not already in place
  • A Full UK Driving License
  • Right to Work in the UK
