Job Responsibility
Lead the brand positioning and commercial marketing strategies for the complex to secure a dominant position in the premium market
Drive the achievement of aggressive KPIs by diversifying acquisition channels and optimizing outpatient volume, inpatient occupancy, and overall revenue
Curate and maintain an elite brand image, ensuring every touchpoint—from clinical service to hospitality—reflects Ultra-High-End standards
Bridge the gap between clinical excellence and operational marketing, ensuring that service delivery matches brand promises to enhance the patient journey
Establish and scale strategic partnerships with high-end commercial insurers, corporate key accounts, and high-net-worth individual (HNWI) communities
Requirements
Must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Clinical Medicine (Full-time/Unified Recruitment)
Proven track record in comprehensive management or marketing leadership within large-scale medical complexes or high-end private hospitals
Deeply seasoned in the premium healthcare sector with a sophisticated understanding of the psychological drivers and service expectations of HNWIs
Exceptional brand operation capabilities, keen market intuition, and extensive experience in coordinating large-scale marketing initiatives
Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive team performance and navigate complex stakeholder environments under high pressure
