Job Description:

We’re seeking a data-driven Yield and Data Analyst to lead yield strategy, performance analysis, and operational improvements across Rockbot’s programmatic and direct-sold media channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of media planning, monetization strategy, programmatic, and process excellence. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data to maximize operational efficiencies, fill rates, and supply setup across our Digital Out of Home (DOOH) and Connected TV (CTV) inventory.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own yield analysis across Rockbot’s media inventory, balancing fill, CPM, and partner goals
  • Analyze impression delivery, pacing, and budget utilization across programmatic and direct campaigns and supply channels
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that surface revenue trends, anomalies, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve ad server logic, targeting, and delivery efficiency
  • Audit and refine transparency files (ads.txt, sellers.json, s-chain) to ensure compliance and monetization integrity
  • Support pricing strategy, packaging, and forecasting for new product launches
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks across campaign setup, reporting, and billing workflows
  • Support the trafficking on the advertising and retail media side with campaign setups

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years experience in digital media yield management, revenue operations, or ad tech analytics
  • Deep fluency in media math: impressions, CPMs, budgets, pacing, and delivery logic
  • Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystems (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers) and DOOH monetization
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience with transparency standards and troubleshooting ads.txt/sellers.json/s-chain
  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills—able to translate complexity into clarity
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement
