Job Description:

A top-performing Independent Primary School in the Borough of Islington is looking for a Year 6 Primary Teacher to join them in September 2025. The Head Teacher fosters a supportive and creative environment with strong SLT and CPD opportunities. This is a full-time, permanent position with potential TLR responsibilities depending on experience.

Job Responsibility:

Inspiring and motivating the younger generation
TLR opportunities: Subject, Year Group and Phase Lead

Requirements:

Must have UK QTS
Strong understanding of the Primary curriculum required
Experience prior within the independent sector is preferred
You must show a passion and creative flare towards education and inspiring young minds
Understanding of the teaching standards
Lesson observations required: ‘Good or Outstanding’

Nice to have:

Experience prior within the independent sector
