Year 5 Teacher – January 2026 Start | Fixed-Term Contract until August 2026 | 5 Days per Week. Are you a passionate and creative Year 5 Teacher ready to inspire curious minds and make a lasting impact? Pink Tile Education are delighted to be supporting a fantastic, welcoming primary school who are looking for an enthusiastic teacher to join their wonderful team from January 2026. This is a full-time fixed-term role until August 2026 — perfect for someone who loves bringing learning to life, thrives in a supportive environment, and enjoys being part of a nurturing, community-driven school.

  • Identify and document the best practices & challenges emerging from the field and proactively prepare learning material to scale/address them
  • Use data-informed decisions to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the training sessions conducted by the Khan Academy India team
  • Work closely with Teacher Professional Development team to strengthen the existing teacher professional development framework, aligned with the team’s overall goals
  • Coordination with the concerned departments for training program approval including getting the circulars/letters issued, working with the department for ensuring training execution etc.
  • Work closely with Karnataka team to drive the program implementation in the state of Karnataka
