Full Classroom Ownership: Taking on full teaching responsibilities for a Year 5 class, including high-quality planning, delivery, assessment, and marking. Progress Tracking: Monitoring student progress, setting high expectations, and differentiating lessons to ensure all learners are supported and stretched. Classroom Environment: Creating a positive, structured, and stimulating learning space where students feel safe, engaged, and motivated to learn. School Integration: Partnering closely with parallel year-group teachers for collaborative planning, communicating effectively with parents, and attending staff meetings. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK recognized teaching qualification. Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (Year 5 or 6 experience is highly desirable). Strong classroom management skills and a thorough understanding of the primary national curriculum. Full availability for a September start and a commitment to the duration of the contract.
