Job Description:

Are you an enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated Year 3 Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in a vibrant primary school? We are seeking a passionate educator to join a welcoming team in Haslemere, starting this September.

Job Responsibility:

Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all pupils in your Year 3 class, ensuring excellent progress and attainment
Creating a positive, stimulating, and safe learning environment where children feel valued, happy, and confident
Assessing and monitoring pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies accordingly
Maintaining accurate records of pupil achievement and contributing to pupil reports
Collaborating effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support pupil well-being and learning outcomes
Contributing to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and school events
Upholding the school's ethos and policies, including safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Requirements:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience of teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly Year 3, or strong experience in Key Stage 1 with a readiness to transition
Strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and assessment framework
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
Committed to continuous professional development and contributing to a collaborative team environment
