Job Description:

We are working with a fantastic primary school in Horsham, seeking a Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis until the end of term, with a strong likelihood of a permanent position from September for the right candidate.

Job Responsibility:

Full-time teaching position in a Year 3 class
Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
Creating a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
Working collaboratively with a supportive and experienced KS2 team
Supporting pupils’ academic and personal development

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in KS2 (Year 3 experience desirable but not essential)
Strong classroom management and a proactive teaching style
A positive, flexible, and committed approach
Someone keen to become part of the school community long-term
