Job Description:

Randstad Education is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Year 2 Teacher to join a thriving primary school in Basildon. This full-time role involves planning and delivering lessons, supporting young learners, and creating an inclusive environment. The school emphasizes creativity, innovation, and technology in its curriculum and is committed to fostering growth and discovery in students.

Job Responsibility:

Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for Year 2
Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for all pupils
Assessing pupils' learning and providing constructive feedback to enhance progress
Adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners
Communicating effectively and building strong relationships with parents and carers

Requirements:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential
Relevant qualifications (PGCE or similar)
Knowledge of primary curriculum (Key Stage 1)
Previous teaching experience in the UK is required
