Job Responsibility
Engaging Lesson Delivery: Plan and facilitate high-quality, thought-provoking lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum, adapting your teaching strategies to stretch high-ability pupils while scaffolding support for all learners
Progress Tracking & Assessment: Monitor student milestones using robust formative evaluation tools, translating daily data into effective reading, writing, and mathematical support, target setting, or tailored enrichment activities
Classroom Team Leadership: Coordinate and collaborate with your classroom Teaching Assistants constructively, ensuring pupils with SEND and EAL requirements receive targeted, empowering guidance during independent and group work
Positive Environment: Foster a calm, stimulating, and respectful classroom culture rooted in positive reinforcement, clear operational routines, and emotional safety

Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) mandatory
proven track record of successful teaching within a UK primary school setting, ideally with specific experience in Key Stage 1 (Year 1 or Year 2)
