Job Responsibility

Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 2 pupils in line with the national curriculum
Differentiate learning activities to meet individual pupil needs
Assess, record, and report on pupil progress in accordance with school policies
Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning
Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and productive learning space
Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to whole-school initiatives
