Job Description

Year 2 Supply Teacher | KS1 Specialist | Local Primary Schools. Position: Full-Time or Part-Time, Flexible (Term Time Only). Salary: £140 - £233 per day (Weekly Pay - dependent on experience). Start Date: Immediate / Next Term.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver engaging lessons in Literacy and Numeracy that challenge Greater Depth learners while supporting those meeting expectations
  • Embed strong decoding skills and foster a genuine love for reading
  • Maintain a focused and positive learning environment using established behaviour management strategies
  • Follow permanent teacher's planning accurately or use own high-quality emergency resources

Requirements

  • QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Solid understanding of KS1 assessment frameworks and Year 2 National Curriculum
  • Resilient and adaptable
  • Enhanced DBS on update service or willing to apply
  • Dedicated to Safeguarding
