Phonics & Reading: Continue to embed strong decoding skills and foster a genuine love for reading as children move toward more complex texts. Classroom Leadership: Maintain a focused and positive learning environment using established behaviour management strategies. Consistent Continuity: Follow the permanent teacher's planning accurately or use your own high-quality emergency resources to ensure a productive day of learning.

Requirements:
