Job Description:

Year 2 SEN Teaching Assistant role supporting children with additional needs in an outstanding primary school in Merton. The role involves working 1:1 with a child with SEN and creating an inspirational environment for children to flourish.

Job Responsibility:

Provide 1:1 support to a child in Year 2
Assist with students with SEN
Use creativity and imagination to excite the pupils
Support learning in the classroom
Attend to students' personal needs including social, health, physical, hygiene, first aid and welfare matters

Requirements:

A graduate with a strong academic background
A passion for education and creating an inspirational environment for children to flourish within
Creative and confident to use your innovation to create fun and exciting activities
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Experience supporting students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, Speech and Language issues
